It is 1.20 meters high and 1.45 meters wide (24:29). It is sky blue over dark green and dark brown. Sky blue takes 50% of the flag's height; the other colorsr take 25% respectively.
Sky blue represents the crystal-clear water which falls from the springs and the sky which covers the parish. Dark green represents the nature and hope of the peoples for a better future.
Dark brown represents the lands cultivated by farmers, done with the sweat of their faces to obtain their nourishment and way of survival.

The mountains: Symbolizes the topography on which the parish sits and the places where flora and fauna are conserved.
Soil: Symbolizes the fertility and productivity of the parish.
The two branches of wheat symbolize the integrity of the communities under the parish's jurisdiction.
The ribbon is a symbol of unity highlighting the name of the parish.
