Ruder-Club Oceana (from 1895 until 1964): A quarterly divided flag into green and white with a sinister-bendy black anchor in the upper hoist.
Note: According to Mr. Buschmann, a member of the board of RC Süderelbe and a former member of "Oceana" this flag is erroneous. "Oceana" used the one depicted in Rudersportalmanach 1977 [RA77].

The  RC Oceana v. 1895 e.V.  and the  RC Salut v. 1892.e.V. decided to merge on 17 February 1962.  Salut  existed until 1963 and  Ocena  until 1964. Both clubs formed since then the  RC Oceana  which changed its flag as follows:
The  new  RC Oceana from 1964 until 1994 had a quarterly divided flag with two white quarters(upper hoist and lower fly), a red one(upper fly) and a green one(lower hoist). In the upper hoist quarter was a black inscription  RCO  above  1895 .
According to Mr. Buschmann the flag of Oceana, depicted in Rudersportalmanach 1977 [RA77], was correct but was used only up to 1964.
There existed two other predeccors of the club: the Wassersportverein Ruhe (1914-1933) and the Elbe-Ruder-Club Freiheit (1909-1934). But their colours are not known.

The club can't be really established in 1892. According to successor#s website the club was built, when "Ruder-Club Vorwärts von 1895 e.V." and "Harburger Männer-Ruder-Verein von 1909 e.V." (HMRV) merged. The date I couldn't find out. HMRV was for males only.
