Shield parted per fess, above Or a boar salient Sable holding a crozier Argent in bend by his muzzle, bneath Gules an impending tower Argent superimposing two bulrushes Or in saltire.
Meaning:
The bulrushes are representing local swamps, called Gipshügel. The tower is taken from the arms of the Princes of Thurn and Taxis. Boar and crozier are representing Ebrach Abbey, local ruler from the 12th until the 19th century.
