Shield parted per pale, at dexter Gules three piles Argent, at sinister Or on a triplemount Vert a hen Sable armed and combed Gules.
Meaning:
Both parts are representing former rulers. The Franconian rake at dexter is representing the Bishopric of Würzburg (since 1542) and the canting hen and mountain its predecessors, the Counts of Henneberg.
