Shield Argent two sledgehammers Sable in saltire, chief Azure parted by three isosceles triangles reversed Argent.
Meaning:
Weiherhammer developed besided the furnace, which had been established in 1717 besides the Beckenmühle, a mill, by the Duke of Pfalz-Sulzbach. A hammer mill was added in 1719 and iron processing began with forge, foundry and machine factory. In the arms the development is symbolised by the hammers. The chief is taken from the arms of the former Kaltenbrunn Market Town and is a differentiation of the arms of the Wittelsbach kin, the local rulers since 1268. The first seal of Kaltenbrunn displayed three complete lozenges on the chief, which wer differentiated since 1564.
