Flag is a tri-color, a color that looks like aquamarine, with white with new
Bilijk logo and another aquamarine section.

b) from the old seal on this page I am guessing the most recent prior flag was
the same, but with "Kingsclear" on the top of the seal with slightly less
stylized fish and First Nation below
