Northampton Township is a township in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, United States, about 12 miles northeast of Philadelphia. The population was 39,384 at the 2000 census." - from Wikipedia: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Northampton_Township,_Bucks_County,_Pennsylvania
The township flag is blue with township seal on it, with additional white circle around the seal. The flag was seen on a couple photos on township website: www.northamptontownship.com/admin/deployed_returnedsoldiers.html (website no longer accessible).

I came across a photograph online of a Northampton Township police officer receiving an award with the township flag in the background behind him.

Doing a little additional research, I was able to locate a copy of the township seal to use in the graphic of the flag.
