Baird's (1923) confirms the presence of a flag, but only states "...has an official flag and banner..." (p. 417). Multiple online images appear in the attached style - a red field with the Greek letters Chi Omega in yellow between two thin horizontal bars - with others seemingly attempting to reproduce it.
