An earlier flag of the City of Mountlake Terrace, Washington, has a blue background and green border on all sides. In the middle is city logo which presents a mount lake. It was created in 2008. Image of the flag and information thanks to

"Mountlake Terrace is a city in Snohomish County, Washington, United States. It is located east of Edmonds, south of Lynnwood, and west of Brier, and its southern boundary runs along the King County line. Interstate 5 runs through the
