Description of the flag

A deep yellow flag, with narrow red-white-blue vertical stripes on the hoist margin, the blue stripe bearing 8 white stars.  On the yellow field, three white stars arched over the date 1910, above arched the text THE GOLDEN LAND and below written DILLON COUNTY, all text in blue.
