From Ohio Historical Society:
"This swallowtail nylon flag was designed by Rachel Misch and dates from 1990. This red and blue flag has eight small white stars on the
top and bottom and a large star in the center with a seal of the City of South Euclid, Ohio. The large, seventeenth star recognizes Ohio as
the seventeenth state admitted to the Union. The dimensions are 91 cm by 155 cm. This flag has not been cataloged. The South Euclid Historical Society donated this flag to the Ohio Historical Society in 1991. This flag was created by a high school student for a contest to design an official flag for the city of South Euclid, Cuyahoga County, Ohio."

The original source appears to be the current South Euclid - Lyndhurst Historical Society. This leads us to SEHS pictures, which include the unveiling ceremony, adoption resolution, and the
letter accompanying the flag to the SEHS.
