Description of the flag

Diagonally divided per south-north diagonal, navy blue-white-red, 17 white stars in rows of 5, 4, 3, 2, 2, 1 in the blue field, an image of the McKinley Mausoleum in blue line on the upper part of the white field, the year 1805 in blue in the lower part of the white field, and two chain links red and blue extending into all the fields, spelling the letters C and O for Canton, Ohio.
