Municipal flags in Storey County:
Not known.

An over-average oblong flag, wider than 3:5 though less than 1:2, apparently;
a light blue background with several golden yellow elements outlined in black:
At the center, scales at a balanced position, with two identical/symmetrical
cupped trays and a dial at the base; along the bottom edge, a ribbon reading in
serif capitals "Truth conquers all things"; at the upper side of the cloth, on
two rectangles angled upwards, the words "Storey" and "County" set all caps in a
stereotypical “Wild West” typeface (I used Smokum Pro Regular, with some
tweaking to match).
This design seems to derive from some sort of
collage, or patchwork — if originally textile, especially the way the county
name is inserted: it’s naive in a seemingly authentic fashion.
