Princess Anne is a small town in and the county seat of Somerset County, Maryland, on the Eastern Shore. The town was established in 1733 as a market center on the Manokin River, and named in honor of Anne, Princess Royal and Princess of Orange, second child and oldest daughter of King George II.
The Princess Anne town flag can be seen as a graphic in a Powerpoint presentation put together and posted online by the Princess Anne Main
Street Partnership, a business endeavor involving the town's Chamber of Commerce. The flag is a variation on the Somerset County flag, showing a red St. George's cross and white St. Andrew's cross on a blue field with no fimbriations. Based on the graphic in the Powerpoint presentation, the flag's ratio is approximately 3:5. A cameo portrait of Princess Anne lies over the junction of the crosses in the center of the field, with the princess facing the fly. Arched above the cameo are the words "Princess Anne" in gold Old English-type letters. Below the cameo are the word "Maryland" and the year "1733" in similar, smaller lettering.

The Princess Anne Police Department also has its own flag, seen here and here.
The flag features the circular shoulder patch of the Police Department centered on a blue field. The seal can be seen here.
