Description of the flag

Clarksburg Village is a planned community within the eastern portions of the CDP of Clarksburg.

This is Clarksburg Village's second flag, after replacing its old flag in 2013. The flag is a dark green field with a brown vertical bar encased in two golden bars. In the center is the village logo with gold text instead of the green text found on the original logo.

The logo is a made of a golden horizontally stretched ring with an extremely thin outer ring of the same color. The top half of the seal has the community name in green curved along the ring. At the bottom is the establishment date, parent community, and the state name. In the center of the logo is a wheat garb, a wheel barrow, a flower pot, and an old jug.

Previous Flag

In a Pinterest picture of the community building, it shows what appears to be a former community flag. The first Google Streetview data of the same building was in September of 2013, which shows the new flag. Meaning this picture of was taken sometime before September 2013. After looking through every place the Clarksburg village flag flies at, I cannot seem to find this flag anymore, which suggests that it is no longer used.

The former flag is a white field with the community logo above the community motto: "A New Town with a Rich History".
