The flag is a white field with an older variation city logo in the center.
I'm unsure if there is one with the newer city logo, I've not seen any photo of
the flag depicting the new logo so far.

The logo depicts an early glider, more specifically, Octave Chanute's 1896
biplane glider. The city was named in honor of Octave Chanute, a pioneer in
early aviation, and is why it's depicted on the flag.
