The flag is a vertical white field with the community name in the center. Above and bellow the name is the Dixieland welcome sign.

Lake Morton was Lakeland's first neighborhood development, created in 1906, and is centered around the lake of the same name.
The flag is a vertical off-white field with the phrase "Lakeland's First Neighborhood" at the top. Most of the field is a border for a black field, which contains a swan at the top of the field, with the neighborhood's name and establishment year.
