The flag of Smyrna is white with the new town seal and can be seen on Google Maps. It was adopted anywhere between 2019 and 2022, the years in which the town hall can be seen on Google Maps. It is believed that the former flag was replaced due to the adoption of the new seal.

Logo Flag

Since around 2021, however, a flag using a modified town logo reading "historic Smyrna" has been flown outside, as can be seen on Google Maps. The flag with the seal has stayed the same indoors, as it can be seen in recent council meetings. So this is another case of two flags being used at once.
