Millville by the Sea is an unincorporated housing development area located in Sussex County, south of Millville. It is one of many communities which are self-contained residential zones which have populations of small towns, but have no other infrastructure other then residential homes. Most of them are constructed by a single real-estate developer. There are some occasions in which they will create a flag for the community, usually displaying at the entrance to the community or the local clubhouse.
The flag was adopted around the same time as the logo. This flag is made of
the current logo
in white on a blue field.

center, only the "Millville" is white and the scroll is yellow.
