Based on an image from www.ci.loveland.co.us, the Loveland (Colorado) flag is blue over white over green, with the white field shaped in such a way that the design symbolizes reminds a mountain and valley. Note that the triangles are not precisely equal. I kept the proportions by resizing the original to 216 px. high: 216:301.

The flag was adopted in 1987, being designed by an "employer for hire" (name
unknown), according to city records.
