Heraldry:
"It was confirmed in 2005 by the decision of regional
council session. The rectangular green panel with a ratio of the
sides as 2:3 with three horizontal strips: blue, red and green in
the ratio 1:2:1. In the red strip is white cossack cross."

Heraldry:
"It was confirmed in 2005 by the decision of regional
council session. Gules; azure chief and arched vert base with
argent cossack cross. In the chief is argent six-beam star above
argent half-moon. The board is edged by a wreath from vert oak
leaves and or ears of wheat, twisted by azure-and-yellow tape, in
the wreathes is or sun with human face in azure escutcheon,
enframed by or decorative plant ornamental pattern. Under it is
viburnum cluster. The author is V.Il'ins'kyi."
