TThe Gurzuf flag was approved by the Decision of the Gurufskiy Village
Council of April 25, 2008, No. 2 "On the Approval of the Flag of Gurzuf." The
authors of the flag - the main artist of the publishing house ""Самовар"
(English: "Samovar") are А.М.Шевченко (English: A.M. Shevchenko) and
О.И.Маскевич (English: O. I. Maskevich)".
The flag is a horizontal flag
with the (lesser) coat of arms (this is the Grand coat of arms :

in the middle and the flag also is divided into 15 horizontal stripes, eight
being blue and seven being white, as seen here:
