I have no idea what the federation emblem is, here. All I have to go on is
this:
http://bleacherreport.com/gallery/16th+Asian+Games+Day+8%3A+Taekwondo#page/10,
where it's almost as if the flag was intentionally waved in such a way that
there's only one part invisible: That part.

Taiwanese Taekwondo team has a five-petaled blossom logo, it has a yellow
field, and Olympic rings replaced with two blue figures and some Chinese
characters between them. I haven't found any pictorial evidence on existing its
flag version.
