Description of the Flag

According to the Thai Ministry of Interior in 2000, the flag of Uttaradit is purple with orange rectangles on each corner and with the provincial seal in the middle, including a red garuda. It can be seen here too : http://www.oocities.org/utt_maison/flag.html

The specifications of the flag is follows: the flag has a ratio of 120x180 cm and contains two colors. The main background is orange; this background is cut by a purple cross. These purple sections are 70 cm each. In the center of the flag is the provincial seal that has a diameter of 70 cm.
