Today I'm sending you the flag of Eastern
administrative district (Vostochnyy administrativnyy
okrug) in Moscow city, Russia. It was adopted by the
Mayor of Moscow city at Oct.27th 2003. Image found

administrativnyy okrug) of Moscow city. It was over 32
kb. The flag is adopted by the Mayor of Moscow city at
Apr 17th 2000.

I just uploaded
the flag of North-Eastern administrative district in
Moscow city (Severo-Vostochnyy administrativnyy
okrug). It was too big for the list. The flag was
adopted by the Mayor of the City of Moscow at May 8th
2001.

Flag was adopted by the Mayor of Moscow city in Oct.
2nd 2000.
