Vlazovichi Rural Settlement in Russia has been granted new coat of arms & flag derived from prominent local Gudovich family arms as well as representing local agriculture & military history.

The flag is a rectangular red cloth with a width-to-length ratio of 2:3, depicting a white horseshoe, horns down, between two yellow ears of grain forming a wreath, and accompanied at the top by a widened yellow four-pointed cross.
The reverse side of the flag is a mirror image of its front side.

The flag is based on the coat of arms of the municipality and repeats its symbols.

In a red field – a silver horseshoe, horns down, between two golden ears of corn forming a wreath, and accompanied at the top by a golden widened four-pointed cross .
