Sut-Kholsky District is an administrative and municipal district in the Tuva Republic, Russia. It is located in the west of the republic. Its administrative center is the rural locality of Sug-Aksy.
The flag of the region is a banner of arms, described as:
On an azure and silver field, crossed by waves running to the [heraldic] right, at the top is a scarlet pointed mountain with a golden shining sun emerging from behind its top; below - an azure standing bull striking with horns.
