Presentation of Vouzela

Vouzela municipality had 11 917 inhabitants in 2000 (12 320 in 1990), and it is divided in 9 communes, covering 189 km². It belongs to the District of Viseu, to the traditional province of Beira Alta, and to the would be region of Beira Litoral. Trivia: this is the last portuguese municipality, sorted by alphabetic order.
