Shield Vert a pair of scales Argent held up by a sword flamant Or, on chief three Delft tiles Or in fess, on base wavy Argent a barrulet wavy Azure. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "TRESMINAS".
Meaning:
Source below shows for this coat of arms an image with roughly the same blazon but with significant detail differences (delfs (the tiles) are wrongly shown oblong and somewhat orled, in an unsophisticated interpretation of "quadro" as a type of framed wall art, and not in its heraldic terminological meaning).
Although the actual etymology of this toponym is said to be unrelated, the superficial interpretation "três minas" (that is, "three mines") was used for these arms, which are therefore partly punning.
Sword and scales are attributes of St. Michael, the local patron saint.
