The arms are Argent, a bend sinister wavy Azure charged with a bendlet sinister wavy Argent, accompanied by a cherry twig Vert fruited by four cherries Gules and a local shrovetide mask Gules emphazised Sable. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case letters "UNIÃO DAS FREGUESIAS DE NUNES E OUSILHÃO".
Meaning:
Branch and bendlets sinsiter are representing former Nunes commune, the mask former Ousilhão commune
