Shield Vert, a belfry´s top Argent, masoned Sable having two bells Or, in chief two palm leaves Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "SERAPICOS - VALPAÇOS"
Within source no information about the colour(s) of the flag, nor about the banner´s tassels and cord — nor indeed any info at all, besides the Coat of Arms image.
The coat of arms image the municipal website (see 1st column below and left image above) also shows some non-trivial differences in colouring, when
compared with Hiperglobal image (see 2nd column below and right image above) as follows:
palm fronds: green — white
bell counterweights: red — white
bell vault inner wall: (light) blue — black
