It is a typical Portuguese communal flag, with the coat of arms centred on a field quartered of white and green.

Shield Vert a crossbow Or in pale with bowstring and quarrel Argent, flanked by an egg Argent at dexter and an anvil Argent at sinister, on chief a palm frond Argent in fess. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "CAMPO DE BESTEIROS".
Meaning:
The name of the commune means "field of crossbowmen". The crossbow (Portuguese: besta) is thus a canting element. The palm frond usually is an attribute of a saint, in this case alluding to St. Eulália, the local patron saint.

Campo de Besteiros is one of the 12 communes of Tondela Municipality not affected by the 2013 changes; it had 1318 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 7,90 km².
