Shield Argent, issuant from base a mount Vert charged with a sheep passant Argent and crowned by an olive tree Vert fruited Or, in dexter chief an orbicular cross Gules, in sinister chief a cross patty Gules charged with a Greek cross Argent. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "RABAÇAL - PENELA".
Meaning:
The crosses are alluding to the Orders of the Templars and the Knights of Christ.
