Shield Vert, issuant from base an aqueduct Argent with three arches masoned Sable, in chief a pair of scales Or balanced by an upright sword flamant Argent, flanked by two carriage wheels Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "BUSTELO - PENAFIEL"
Meaning:
Sword and scales are attributes of St. Michael, probably being the local patron saint.
