Shield Gules a fess wavy Argent charged with two barrulets wavy Azure, on central chief a mitre Or adorned with crosslet Azure, on base a granary Argent garnished Sable with roof tiles Or. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and long white scroll, as used by united communes, reading in black upper case serifed letters "SANTO ISIDORO E LIVRAÇÃO".
Meaning:
The commune was established on 28 January 2013 as Livração and renamed on 27 August 2014. The granary is a representation of the former Toutosa Commune, all other charges of the former Santo Isidoro Commune.

Santo Isidoro e Livração is one of the ten communes of Marco de Canavezes Municipality created by a merger during the 2013 changes. It had 1812 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 4,67 km².

Shield Sable, a fess wavy Argent, divided into five alternating barrulets wavy of Argent and Azure, in chief a mitre Or garnished Azure, issuant from base a bridge Argent masoned Purpure, having three arches. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "SANTO ISIDORO - MARCO DE CANAVESES".

Santo Isidoro was one of the 25 communes of Marco de Canavezes Municipality affected by the 2013 changes. It had 1495 inhabitants in 2011 and covered 3,7 km².
