Shield Or with base wavy of Azure and Argent, two flails Vert in saltire, superimposing a wayside cross Azure and flanked by two torteaux, chief Sable two barrulets vairy of Argent and Gules. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "PARADINHA – MOIMENTA DA BEIRA".
Meaning:
The chief displays the arms of the Vaconcelos kin.

Paradinha was one of the seven communes of Moimenta da Beira Municipality affected by the 2013 changes. It had 125 inhabitants in 2011 and covered 6,29 km².

Nagosa was one of the seven communes of Moimenta da Beira Municipality affected by the 2013 changes. It had 111 inhabitants in 2011 and covered 4,58 km². It had no proper symbols, as the obsolete Hiperglobal webpage displayed just an empty shield.
