Torrados was one of the 20 communes of Felgueiras Municipality affected by the 2013 changes. It had 2370 inhabitants in 2011 and covered 3,39 km².

Shield Gules a port of a Romanic church Or, on middle chief point a lunel Argent, flanked by two ravens respectant Sable armed Argent. Mural crown with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "SOUSA – FELGUEIRAS".
Meaning:
The ravens are an attribute of St. Vincent, the local patron saint and the port belongs to the local parish church dedicated to that saint.
