Shield Or, five oak twigs Gules - each with two leaves and one acorn - ordered in quincunx, in central chief a cross fleury Vert. Mural crown with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading "S. LOURENÇO DE MAMPORCÃO" in black upper case letters.
Meaning:
The cross is referring to the Avis Order, local ruler of nearly the whole municipality between 1250 and 1821.
