This former commune apparently used for some time a coat of arms that had never been officialised, although, guessing from its aspect, it might have been created in the usual fashion and the officialisation process was just cancelled when the commune itself ceased to exist. If so, a flag was created at the same time as the coat of arms, as it is always the case with symbols created by the CHAAP or meant to be pre-approved by it.
