Shield Or a mount issuant Vert semy of alternating grape bunches Argent and pears Or, on chief a pair of wings Azure, on orle five olive branches Vert fructed Sable, three on chief and two on flanches. Mural crown Argent with three (!) visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "UNIÃO DAS FREGUESIAS DE PAINHO E FIGUEIROS".
Meaning:
The arms are based on those of the former Painho Commune, but grape bunches and pears moved from orle onto the mount, replacing the fleurs-de-lis from the preceding commune . Figueiros Commune is represented by the olive branches.
