Shield Argent, two cutten down trunks of cork oak Vert peeled Gules and crossed per saltire, flanked by two axes Gules hilted Sable. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black capitals: "SANTANA DO MATO".
