Coat of Arms

Shield Azure with base wavy of Argent and Azure, on fess point a cogwheel Or surrounded by a wreath of blackberry Argent blossomed Or and fruited proper. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "UNIÃO DAS FREGUESIAS DE SILVEIROS E RIO COVO (SANTA EULÁLIA)".
Meaning:
The charges are representations of the former municipalities, Silveiros is represented by the wreath, and Rio Covo by the base wavy. The cogwheel is a new element, symbolising industries.

Silveiros e Rio Covo (Santa Eulália) is one of the 18 communes of Municipality created by a merger during the 2013 changes. It had 2098 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 8,23 km².

Shield Azure four wayside crosses Argent ordered 1:2:1, flanked by two eradicated blackberry bushes Argent leafed Or and fruited proper. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "SILVEIROS - BARCELOS".
SMeaning:
SThe blackberry (Portuguese: silva) bushes are canting. The crosses are representations of the four existing wayside crosses in the commune.

Shield Argent with base wavy of Azure and Argent, a bunch of three wheat ears and another one of three corn cobs, all Or, in chief a grape bunch Purpure leafed Vert. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black capitals "RIO COVO - SANTA EULÁLIA".
Meaning:
The base might be canting, though I couldn´t find the name giving river.
