Shield Or divided by a saltire wavy Azure, in chief quarter a rounded cross formy Gules, at dexter and sinister quarters a grapevine Purpure leaved Vert, in base quarter three branches of olive Vert fruited Sable. Mural crown Argent with four visible towers (town rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials: "PUSSOS".
Meaning:
The cross is alluding to the Order of the Templars.

Pussos Commune was one of the pre-2013 communes of Alvaiázere Municipality (q.v.); it had 1139 inhabitants in 2011 and covered 24.7 km².

Shield Or with base wavy of Azure and Argent, two olive trees eradicated Vert, fruited Sable and ordered per fess, in chief a nimbus radiant Gules charged with two keys crossed per saltire, one of them Or, the other Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials: "REGO DA MURTA".
Meaning:
The crossed keys are an attribute of St. Peter, the local patron saint.
