Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "UNIÃO DAS FREGUESIAS DE SÃO MIGUEL DO RIO TORTO E ROSSIO AO SUL DO TEJO".

São Miguel do Rio Torto e Rossio ao Sul do Tejo is one of the five communes of Abrantes Municipality created by a merger during the 2013 changes. It had inhabitants in 2021 and covers 58,9 km².

Shield Argent with, in chief a sword flambant Vert balancing scales of the same, in base a chevron wavy Azure charged with a chevronel wavy Argent. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials: "S. MIGUEL DO RIO TORTO".
Meaning:
The arms are canting. Sword and scales are attributes of St. Michael, name giver and patron saint of the commune. The chevron is representing a crooked river (Port.: rio torto).

São Miguel do Rio Torto Commune was one of the pre-2013 communes of Abrantes Municipality; it had 2869 inhabitants in 2011 and covered 52.4 km².
