Shield Azure three millstones Or ordered 2:1, on chief a knife Argent hafted Gules in bend sinister under a palm frond Or in bend. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading in black upper case serifed letters "UNIÃO DAS FREGUESIAS DE SÃO FACUNDO E VALE DAS MÓS".
Meaning:
Knife and palm frond represent the former São Facundo Commune and the millstones the former Vale das Mós Commune

São Facundo e Vale das Mós is one of the five communes of Abrantes Municipality created by a merger during the 2013 changes. It had inhabitants in 2021 and covers 104,91 km².

Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank)and white scroll with inscription in black initials: "S. FACUNDO".

Shield Or, a valley Vert issuant from a base wavy Argent semy of wavelets Azure, in chief three millstones Azure ordered 1:2. Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll with inscription in black initials: "VALE DAS MÓS".
Meaning:
The commune´s name means "valley of millstones". The arms are thus canting.
