The Commune of Skoki lies in the center part of Wielkopolska province,
in Wągrowiecki district, 40 kilometers in North-East direction from Poznań.
It has a very advantageous location, near the huge sales market within
Poznań’s agglomeration, in the proximity of managing centers of the region,
governmental agencies, financial institutions and academic centers. The
city of Skoki is the administrative, commercial and economic heart of the
Commune. Apart from the city, the Commune’s settlement net consist of 43
towns, including 27 village administrator’s offices.
The Commune’s tourist attractions include the wooden churches in Skoki,
Rejowiec, Raczkowo and Jabłkowo as well as the mystic emplacement in the
vicinity of Glinno.
