Spytkowice commune flag

Spytkowice - rural commune (Spytkowice koło Nowego Targu - Spytkowice near Nowy Targ), Nowy Targ County, Małopolskie Voivodship.
Gmina Spytkowice is a rural gmina (commune) in Nowy Targ County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Spytkowice.
Area: 32.19 sq.km (12.4 sq.mi); Population: 3,979 (2006); land under cultivation - 60%; forests - 29%

The wooden bell tower, built ahead of the parish church in 1758 and covered with the copper roof is one of the most beautiful examples of Polish bell towers.

Arms adopted on February 24, 2003 (resolution # VI/39/03).
Flag adopted on February 2, 2008.
"Arms: on the blue shield which header is gold there are two hands in golden sleeves and with the red cuffs holding two black spears with silver blades.
In between there is a third spear pointing downwards.

Flag: blue, with narrow yellow stripes on the hoist and fly side and with Arms in the center of the blue field."
I think the ratio should be 5:8 ?
There is also a standard adopted in 2008.
