No Flag

I was not informed if the municipality has a flag or not, but it does appear there is not one from investigation.

Coat of Arms

I was informed no record of it was found in the municipal archives, but that it is believed it was adopted in 1932 (before it even became a municipality!) However, it is known that it was probably adopted after 1987; the Municipal Encyclopedia appears to not depict one for the municipality in 1987. The coat of arms, shaped similarly to a bell, depicts the name "ATIL" at the top in a red ribbon. The edges of the shield itself are made complete by heads of wheat. The upper half of the shield depicts a mission bell hoisted on a wooden frame, symbolic of the evangelization of the missionaries. The background is a representation of the Altar River and the hills found in the area. Both halves are divided horizontally by a yellow band. In the lower-left quadrant is the St. Francis of Assisi church, with a path to it being briefly seen, upon a green hill. The lower-right quadrant depicts a cattle head and a tractor plowing the fields, symbolic of the main industries in the municipality. At the very bottom are two sickles, representing the harvest.
