Kelme (Kelme District) - field quartered, q.1 on a blue field a silver lorry wheel, q.2 and 3 white, q.4 on a green field three leaves of oak two slightly over one. Flag proportions 10:11, fringe is silver, finial is a golden knob with a ring. The wheel symbolizes the main factors of development of the town: the Riga-Tilsit road and the widely-known markets. The leaves of oak symbolize both the Samogitian fortitude and the 13 oaks preserved around the town as monuments of nature.
