The Assembly of People of Kazakhstan is a political body that was formed in 1995. The purpose for this body is to unite the various
ethnic groups inside the country and allows for the cooperation of this group with government agencies and other bodies. The status of
the APK has been enshrined in the national constitution since 2007.

In the terms of the flag, it is their emblem on a white background. The emblem is a blue disc with the map of Kazakhstan with sunbeams
coming out of the top of the map. At the bottom of the disc, there is an eagle and it takes the shape and form that is used on the national
flag. The name of the APK appears above the map; the name in Kazakh appears above the Russian name. There are two versions of this flag;
one with a golden ring (with a gradient) around the emblem
(https://www.akorda.kz/kz/..)
and one without this ring
(https://ult.kz/..).
There is not any evidence that one flag is preferred over the other.
Attached are both versions of the APK flag.
